DYNAMIC SELECT Drive exactly how you like to. At the touch of a button, DYNAMIC SELECT offers different driving modes which determine the settings for the engine, transmission, suspension and steering, for example. In "Sport" mode, the vehicle is more dynamic, while in "Comfort" mode, its setup is exceptionally balanced. “ECO” focuses on efficiency, saving fuel and money.

Lowered comfort suspension The comfort suspension_[1] offers you a dynamic overall package. It ensures even better roadholding. The suspension has been lowered by 15 millimetres and works with specially tuned springs and dampers: it is specifically configured to be sportier than the standard suspension.

8G-DCT transmission An automatic transmission that adapts to your wishes: with the driving mode, you also change the characteristics of the dual-clutch transmission. It uses the 8 gears selectively for efficient driving at low engine speeds or for impressive dynamic handling. Because the next gear is always already preselected, you can accelerate seamlessly.

48-volt system With the 48-volt system, a second on-board electrical system is set up in the new GLA. The 48-volt battery increases the overall battery capacity.
