Welcome to Mercedes-Benz Abu Dhabi & Al Ain As the authorised Mercedes-Benz distributor for Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, Emirates Motor Company brings together decades of local expertise with the standards of the Mercedes-Benz brand, supporting customers across new vehicles, certified servicing, genuine parts and ownership care.

Emirates Motor Company (EMC) and Mercedes-Benz Abu Dhabi

Emirates Motor Company (EMC) is the authorised general distributor for Mercedes-Benz in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, a role it has held since 1962. As the flagship company of Al Fahim Group, EMC markets, sells and services the full Mercedes-Benz passenger car range through a network of showrooms and service centres across the emirate, covering sedans, SUVs, Mercedes-AMG, Mercedes-Maybach and the all-electric line-up.

Every part of that operation runs to Mercedes-Benz global standards, delivered by Mercedes-Benz trained technicians using GenuineParts.

Who We Are

EMC was established in 1962 by Abdul Jalil Al Fahim, nine years before the formation of the United Arab Emirates. It was the first Mercedes-Benz representation in the country and one of the earliest automotive businesses in Abu Dhabi.

More than six decades later, EMC remains the authorised Mercedes-Benz passenger car distributor for Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, serving private customers alongside government entities, energy companies and the wider business community.

A Partnership That Grew With Abu Dhabi

  • 1969: Showroom expansion accompanied by modern workshop facilities
  • 1976: A second showroom opens in downtown Abu Dhabi, alongside the Airport Road site
  • 1980: Further expansion makes the Airport Road showroom a landmark of the Abu Dhabi skyline
  • 1994: EMC becomes the first Mercedes-Benz distributor in the Middle East to receive ISO certification
  • 2008: Head office relocates to the Mussafah industrial district
  • 2011: The Airport Road building is revamped and relaunched
  • 2022: Yas Mall branch opens in March; the renovated Airport Road showroom reopens in June

About Mercedes-Benz
