Al Mulla Automobiles Co. is the General Distributor for Mercedes-Benz in Kuwait, representing one of the world’s most established luxury automotive brands. The partnership between Mercedes-Benz Group AG and Al Mulla Automobiles Co. was formed with a shared commitment to customer focus, operational excellence, and delivering a premium ownership experience tailored to the Kuwaiti market.
Since January 2019, Al Mulla Automobiles Co. has overseen the sales, service, and brand representation of Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles in Kuwait, operating in line with Mercedes-Benz global standards and best practices.
Mercedes-Benz is recognised globally as an automotive pioneer, with a long-standing reputation for engineering innovation, safety leadership, and refined design. The brand continues to shape the future of mobility through advanced technology and progressive thinking across its product portfolio.
In 2018, Al Mulla Automobiles Co. was appointed by Daimler AG, now Mercedes-Benz Group AG, as the distributor for Mercedes-Benz in Kuwait. This strategic partnership was established with a clear vision of placing the customer at the centre of the brand experience while building a strong and sustainable presence in the local market.
The partnership reached a key milestone in January 2019 with the inauguration of the first Mercedes-Benz Passenger Cars showroom under Al Mulla Automobiles Co.
In May 2019, Al Mulla Automobiles Co. further expanded the Mercedes-Benz offering in Kuwait with the launch of the first Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned showroom, providing customers with additional options supported by manufacturer standards.
This was followed by the opening of the first Mercedes-Benz boutique in the Middle East at the Avenues mall in June 2019.
Beyond showroom operations, Al Mulla Automobiles Co. has developed a network of service centres and customer support facilities across Kuwait. These facilities are designed to deliver reliable after-sales care, supported by trained technicians, advanced diagnostic equipment, and Genuine Mercedes-Benz Parts.
