              AMG Performance 4MATIC+ (GT 63 4MATIC+ and GT 63 S 4MATIC+) The all-wheel drive variably links the rear axle to the front axle, thereby guaranteeing ideal torque distribution. This enables an infinitely variable switch-over between all-wheel drive and rear-wheel drive.
              AMG rear-axle steering (GT 63 4MATIC+ and GT 63 S 4MATIC+) More agility: the rear axle steers in the opposite direction up to a speed of 100 km/h to virtually shorten the wheelbase. More safety: from a speed of 100 km/h it steers in the same direction and thus virtually extends the wheelbase.[1]
              AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT 9G with RACE START function (GT 63 4MATIC+ and GT 63 S 4MATIC+) If you want to enjoy the best possible acceleration, you can activate the RACE START function: simply place one foot on the brake in "Sport", "Sport+" or "RACE" mode and fully depress the accelerator. At the same time, you can use the steering wheel gearshift paddles to control the start-off engine speed between 2000 and 4000 rpm, according to the road surface and weather conditions.[2][3]
              Electronic AMG rear axle locking differential (GT 63 4MATIC+ and GT 63 S 4MATIC+) The electronically controlled AMG rear axle locking differential provides improved traction in every driving situation, especially when the driver adopts a sporty driving style.               Traffic Sign Assist Thanks to intelligent linking of camera and map data, Traffic Sign Assist [1] is not only able to detect maximum permissible speeds, overtaking restrictions and when they are lifted, but also entry restrictions and wrong-way entries.[4]
              PRE-SAFE® system The PRE-SAFE® system makes use of the time prior to an impending impact to help reduce the risk of injury in the coming impact. The innovative PRE-SAFE® sound generates a sound from the speakers and can trigger a natural protective reflex in your ear. This helps to prepare the inner ear for the accident noise.
