Nasser Bin Khalid and Sons Automobiles W.L.L clearly discloses full warranty terms, including split, in sale documents and showroom, in both Arabic and English, ensuring legal compliance. In case of any discrepancy between the Arabic and the English version, the Arabic always prevails.
2. Duration of Warranty
Warranty period: 3 years with unlimited mileage from date of registration.
3. Separation of Manufacturer vs Dealer Warranty
Warranty is clearly split: 2 years Manufacturer + 1 year insurance, under policy issued by Doha Insurance Company, as outlined in documents.
4. Coverage of Manufacturing Defects
Nasser Bin Khalid & Sons Automobiles W.L.L. covers all verified manufacturing defects at no cost to the customer during the warranty period, ensuring seamless repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the applicable laws of the State of Qatar.
Refunds are issued solely under specific conditions such as confirmed manufacturing defects or if the product is deemed irreparable, subject to the relevant legal and regulatory framework.
5. Used Vehicles Warranty Disclosure
All Certified Pre-Owned vehicles include minimum 1-year warranty, provided by manufacturer or Nasser Bin Khalid and Sons Automobiles W.L.L., clearly stated at sale.
Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles (CPO) must fulfill the below requirements:

Nasser Bin Khalid and Sons Automobiles W.L.L. guarantees availability of spare parts and warranty services within a reasonable timeframe for all vehicles, including imported vehicles with Gulf specifications, as per MoCI circular.
