On the safe side from the very beginning
All new Mercedes-Benz vehicles in Kuwait come with a three-year warranty that gives you peace of mind for the first three years.
This warranty is valid from the date of initial registration and does not have a mileage limit & is valid in the State of Kuwait
G-Class
G-Class customers enjoy complete peace of mind with the included five years warranty. The 4th & 5th Year warranty combined are limited to 200,000 km mileage.
Battery Electric Vehicles
The all-new G 580 with EQ Technology comes with 5 Years of warranty. The 4th & 5th Year warranty combined are limited to 200,000 km mileage.
All other Battery Electric Vehicles sold by Al Mulla
Automobiles offer the convenience and security as they come with 3 Years of
warranty.
Additionally, Mercedes-Benz provides a battery certificate with a coverage of 8 years or 160,000km on EQA/B, EQC and up to 10 years or 250,000km on EQS, EQE vehicles, for the main high voltage battery.

Only the all-new G 580 with EQ Technology is available with 5 Years of service limited to 100,000 km mileage.

To enhance our electric car customers’ experience even further, a premium quality wall-box charger and installation of the same at your residence or office is included when you purchase a new battery electric vehicle from Al Mulla Automobiles. A Mercedes-Benz flexible charging solution is available on request to provide you with the best charging performance wherever you go. The charger comes in a transport bag and can be conveniently stored in the trunk of your Mercedes-Benz EQ vehicle and offers you the flexibility to charge from a standard home socket or a high power 3 phase power outlet.
Service Contract Extensions
The service contracts can be extended and tailored to your individual requirements covering standard service scope or optionally include wear and tear items such as brake pads and discs as well the intermediate recommended oil changes on combustion engine vehicles.
