         AMG Line The expressive styling of the AMG Line lends your vehicle a dynamic character through and through. For a clear distinction from the base model. As such you can make a clear statement for powerful design.
        MULTIBEAM LED For your perfect vision: the adaptive MULTIBEAM LED headlamps employ individually controllable LEDs to react to the given traffic situation. Partial main beam omits other road users without dazzling them. When the road is clear, the ULTRA RANGE Highbeam increases the range by 150 metres. The Active Light System and cornering lights also optimally light up the field of vision.
        Panoramic sliding sunroof The panoramic sliding sunroof conjures up a wonderful feeling of freedom and a pleasantly light and airy atmosphere inside the vehicle. From the outside it lends the exterior an exclusive lightness of touch.
        Mirror package The Mirror package makes easier work of everyday motoring: electrically folding exterior mirrors protect your vehicle from annoying damage when parking. In addition, getting in and out of the vehicle in the dark is more convenient with the surround lighting. An attractive eye-catcher: the projection of the brand logo next to the open side doors.
        Aluminium-look, illuminated running boards with rubber studs A real eye-catching feature are the illuminated, aluminium-finish running boards. They are mounted on the side at the height of the side skirts, thus making it easier for you to get into the front as well as the rear. Slip-resistant rubber studs ensure a firm foothold.
        KEYLESS-GO Comfort Package Maximum comfort for your everyday driving: with the KEYLESS-GO Convenience Package, you can start and lock your vehicle simply by carrying the key. The HANDS-FREE ACCESS function allows contactless, fully automatic opening and closing of the tailgate.
        Power closing Closing doors has never been as comfortable and smooth: the front and rear doors of your vehicle are closed almost silently with the aid of servo motors. You only need to close the doors as far as it starts to engage – and your vehicle will take over the rest for you.
        Interior The interior equipment of the GLS. Classic SUV design elements contrast interestingly with the fully digital Widescreen Display to highlight the off-road character of the new GLS. These include extensive open-pore wood trim, striking angular air vents and, most conspicuously, the grab handles on the centre console. The front seats feature structured upholstery in typical SUV style to further emphasize the vehicle's off-road credentials.

           Widescreen Cockpit With the Widescreen Cockpit, the instrument display and media display form a visual unit. The two fully digital colour displays are combined beneath a joint glass cover and blend harmoniously into the interior design as a seamless surface. The media display
          comes in a free-standing variant for the first time – an elegant eye-catching feature.
          Wood/leather multifunction steering wheel The wood/leather multifunction sports steering wheel combines fine materials with innovative ease of operation. Ergonomically arranged Touch Control buttons enable intuitive control functions such as navigation, telephony, cruise control or entertainment. As such you have everything under control without taking your hands off the steering wheel.
          Load compartment variability Your plans will never be too big for the new GLS: the backrests of the second and third seat rows can be folded down individually or together at the push of a button to produce a load compartment with a capacity of up to 2400 litres. The rear end can be lowered to facilitate loading, and the tailgate can be opened and closed by a mere movement of your foot.
          electric sunblinds in rear doors, left and right Seeing and not being seen: the electrically extending and retracting roller sunblinds in both rear doors protect passengers from prying eyes and against strong sunlight in summer. It is still possible to see through to the outside.
          Climatised front seats The climatised seats for driver and front passenger comprise seat heating and seat ventilation – for ideal seating comfort all year round. On hot days they provide you with a pleasantly refreshing temperature thanks to cooling ventilation. On cold days the seat cushions and backrests emit a pleasant warmth.
          Interior Chrome Package With the Chrome package you can show that elegance is important to you. This enhancement with selected design features lends the standard interior specific additional highlights: numerous surrounds are finished in stylish silver chrome. This lends a higher-quality ambience to your interior.
          3rd seat row The seats and cargo volume available in your vehicle are just as diverse as your lifestyle. The third seat row provides two full-fledged seats for taking extra passengers along. In addition it can be folded in and out electrically, so that you can also stow large items of luggage in no time at all.
          Ambient lighting Showcase the interior according to your personal preferences or current mood. With a total of 64 colours, the ambient lighting offers almost unlimited scope for lighting schemes and has the right colour for every situation. The all-round lighting conveys a heightened sense of security, especially in the rear.
          Door sill panels with "Mercedes-Benz" lettering Every time you open the door, the high-quality aluminium sill panels with "Mercedes-Benz" lettering underscore the refined ambience of your vehicle.

             MBUX voice control system It takes just two little words from you - "Hey, Mercedes" - to activate the intelligent natural-speech LINGUATRONIC voice control system, which understands almost every word you speak and can even handle indirect language. The air conditioning will respond to "I feel cold" by setting a higher temperature, for example.
            Head-up Display The head-up display allows you to keep your eye on all important information at all times in the new GLS. This is made possible by projecting a roughly 24 x 8 cm image into your natural field of vision which appears to hover around two metres above the bonnet. This means your attention remains focused on the traffic at all times.
            9G-TRONIC Let your vehicle take care of changing gears: you will barely notice the gear changes made by the 9G-TRONIC automatic transmission. Nine gears enable low engine speeds, which reduces your fuel consumption and ensures quieter running.
            Parking Package with 360° camera Optimum parking service on board. Active Parking Assist with 360-degree camera makes it easier for you to find a parking space and to manoeuvre into and out of parking spaces. The choice is yours: thanks to all-round visibility you can park your vehicle yourself – or have your vehicle parked stress-free.
            Smartphone integration Smartphone Integration merges the mobile phone with the infotainment system via Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto. This gives you convenient access to the most important apps on your smartphone. You can also use apps from third-party providers such as Spotify quickly and easily.
            AIRMATIC Package In the AIRMATIC Package, an adaptive damping system meets modern air suspension. The result: intelligent comfort suspension which is able to adjust automatically to the driving conditions, speed and load. As a result you benefit from counterbalancing driving stability with first-class comfort both on good and bad roads.
            THERMOTRONIC automatic climate control The THERMOTRONIC automatic climate control system with 4 climate zones provides an individual feelgood climate on board. The driver and front passenger are able to set the temperature and air distribution to suit their personal needs. The climatic settings can be stored and retrieved at the touch of a button.
            Adaptive Highbeam Assist Plus Drive with permanent main beam. This virtually turns night into day and takes the strain out of driving. See a long way without dazzle – Adaptive Highbeam Assist Plus works according to this motto. The intelligent system excludes oncoming traffic or vehicles in front with highly precise LEDs: you do not need to keep on changing over to low beam.
            Memory Package The Memory Package provides practical ease of operation – especially when your vehicle is used by different people. Besides seat adjustment, the individual position profiles also comprise the alignment of the steering column and outside mirrors. After a change of driver or front passenger, your position can be restored at the press of a button.
