Roof air conditioning system In the representative passenger compartment, you have 3 different roof air conditioning systems to choose from, which make your stay even more enjoyable for your passengers. The base and the reinforced roof air conditioning system already ensure comfortable temperatures and can be controlled separately from the air conditioning in the cockpit. The high-performance roof air conditioning system is particularly recommended if you want to use your vehicle in regions with a warm to very warm climate.

Large sliding doors Thanks to the large sliding door openings, it is easy for your passengers to get in and out. As standard, the Sprinter Tourer has a sliding door on the right with a window. The variable door concept allows you to choose according to your needs – with sliding doors on both sides, with or without electric step or even electrically opening and closing.

Trailer loads & couplings Would you like to use your Sprinter Tourer as a towing vehicle? Our selection of trailer couplings makes this possible. You can choose between a fixed or a removable trailer coupling with ball head. The maximum trailer load of the van is 3,500 kg. _[1]

Digital inside rearview mirror With the digital inside rearview mirror you can enjoy a clear view to the rear even if partition walls, doors or loads obscure your view. Trim Variance With the full trim with plastic panels on the inside of the right sliding door and the rear doors, you increase the attractiveness and value of the passenger or load compartment. Their finish is easy to clean, water-resistant and washable. The luxury interior trim is even higher in quality: this gives the passenger compartment a particularly representative ambience and also improves noise and thermal insulation.

Storage compartments & cup holders The passenger compartment offers your passengers various options for storing provisions or other travel utensils. For example, various items can be stowed in the storage compartments with net in the door trims of the rear doors. Drinks in cups, bottles or cans can be accommodated in easily accessible cup holders at the seat and clothes hooks allow for wrinkle-free hanging of items of clothing.

Armrests on the corridor and wall side Equip the benches in the passenger compartment with an adjustable armrest on the aisle and wall side. This allows your passengers to put their arms up in a relaxed way and benefit from an increase in driving comfort – a treat, especially on longer tours.

4x4 all-wheel drive with torque on demand The variable all-wheel drive system distributes drive force to the front and rear axles as required. The system adapts fully automatically to driving conditions within milliseconds and ensures improved traction and enhanced ride comfort. _[1]

9G-TRONIC The 9G-TRONIC automatic transmission has nine gears which keep the engine speed as low as possible in every driving situation. The wide transmission ratio spread optimises the agility and pulling power of the vehicle in all operating states and improves the ability to move off. _[1]

6-speed manual transmission The 6-speed manual transmission combines high shifting and driving comfort with efficiency and agile handling. The operation via the gearshift lever is effortless and largely free of vibrations. The gear changes are smooth. Thanks to the large overall ratio of the transmission, the engine speeds remain as low as possible in all driving situations.

Reinforced rough-road version The reinforced rough-road specification is recommended when the vehicle is regularly used in construction transport or in forestry and agriculture. It is designed for driving on poor roads with potholes or on unpaved and gravel roads and tracks. _[1]

Parking Package with reversing camera The Parking Package with reversing camera and integral Parking Assist comprehensively relieves the driver with a better overview to the rear when parking and manoeuvring. The reversing camera makes the area directly behind the vehicle visible. It thereby helps to identify any obstacles when parking or manoeuvring.

Reversing camera with display in the inside rearview mirror The reversing camera makes the area directly behind the vehicle, which cannot be directly seen without a camera, visible in a display in the inside rearview mirror. This increases safety during parking and manoeuvring – particularly in restricted traffic conditions – and can help to avoid damage to the vehicle.

TEMPMATIC semi-automatic air conditioning The TEMPMATIC _[1] semi-automatic air-conditioning system increases the feeling of well-being with a pleasant-feeling vehicle interior and makes an important contribution towards driver fitness. The air-conditioning system regulates the interior temperature automatically.

Electric auxiliary warm-air heater The electric auxiliary warm-air heater pampers driver and passengers with cosy warmth as soon as the engine is started. The heater warms up incoming air upstream of the air vents, so that a comfortable wellness atmosphere can be quickly enjoyed in the vehicle interior even on cold days.

Luxury driver and co-driver seat The luxury seat can be manually adjusted in position, height and inclination by means of levers and adjustment wheels and thus adapted to the individual comfort needs of the driver or co-driver. Thanks to its many adjustment options, even long journeys can be made comfortably.

Electrically adjustable front seats The electrically adjustable seat can be adapted to individual comfort needs at the touch of a button and, thanks to its high level of ergonomics, meets the criteria of the Aktion Gesunder Rücken (AGR) e.V. Campaign for Healthier Backs. The fore/aft position of the seat, the seat height as well as the angle of the backrest and the seat cushion are power-adjustable.

Driver and co-driver seat lumbar support The lumbar support in the backrest of the seat allows individual adjustment to the ergonomic comfort needs of the driver or co-driver. Both air cushions are adjusted pneumatically. The height of the cushions and the degree of curvature can be controlled via a 4-way push button on the outside of the seat.

Cruise Control The cruise control system allows relaxed and economical driving, especially on long journeys. It relieves the driver by maintaining a pre-selected speed without the need to operate the accelerator. Optional equipment.

Winter Package Plus The Winter Package Plus _[1] quickly and efficiently provides pleasant heat on cold days – thanks to a combination of hot-air auxiliary heating, additional thermal insulation, heated seats and a heated steering wheel. The WET WIPER SYSTEM gives you the benefit of an efficient windscreen wiping system all year round.
